How to show ticket reply in email and how to Add CC in Tickets

Hi,

Every time we reply to our customer, the customer has to click on the link to View the answer of support agent.

We want to show our ticket response in the email message that customer receives. Also, how to add CC people in the ticket? as Management want to see the status of the ticket.

You can edit email templates in Admin panel > Tools > Email templates

Adding the %%MESSAGE%% tag to a template will show the actual message staff writes.

CC is currently not supported, but we will add this in a future update.
