Multiple emails on one HESK?

Hi,
my company needs to use several emails. We have office@, contact@ and 20-30 emails of our workers. We need to connect email with worker/user of hesk, for example we have jerry@company.com - HESK pipes email to this address to ticket, our user Jerry has ticket and when he responds to this message HESK sens email from jerry@company.com - is it possibe or i must make a mod?

This is unfortunately not possible in Hesk. Email addresses are easy to spoof so staff can only reply to tickets via the web interface, not email.

I also have multiple email accounts however, they all windup in 1 mailbox witch i can filter.
If Hesk could support filters, these mails/tickets will be manageble.

Note : more email accounts (mailboxes) will sometimes lead to chaos in a team.
