Don't send "New Ticket" email to certain email addresses

We get password resets sent to the helpdesk which comes from a manned mailbox ( external company ) so when i receive the password they get an open ticket email from us, which they don't want. is there a way to stop emails being sent to certain email addresses?

You can simply ban the email the passwords come from in Admin panel > Tools > Ban Email
