Can Resolve Tickets of selected/allowed Categories Only

I would like to first appreciate the creator and contributors to this amazing product.
I am using Hesk 2.8.8 version self hosted and is working pretty good.
My question is Could it be possible to allow "resolve tickets" to certain users to "allowed categories" only?
let say 50 working users and 10 categories.
user 1 is allowed to 3 categories and can also resolve tickets of only those 3 categories not rest of 7.
