Blank attachments

Hesk version: 3.1.1

When a user attaches something like a docx to their ticket, it gets uploaded to the server fine, but if the support team try to access the attachment via the ticket system, it appears blank. The actual docx downloaded to the support team PC is zero bytes. Any idea how to fix this would be much appreciated.

No idea what is happening. Are you able to give access to your help desk (privately)?

Sorry, no can do. I think I may have found the answer - looks to be a browser security problem. I'll report back if I can confirm this.
