Hello

I am having some problems with my hesk script.

For the past few days, some emails (not all) have not been included in the HESK database via POP3 fetching.

These mails are of course on the mailbox.

I receive the notification that the ticket has been created by Hesk

But when I click on the link in the message I get an error telling me that the ticket does not exist. (Obviously this ticket was not deleted)

I have activated the debug mode and launch a mail fetching directly from the server. I do not have a new email or new tickets that have been created

debian@vps-757xxxxx:~$ sudo php /var/www/html/inc/mail/hesk_pop3.php
<pre>Connected to the POP3 server &quot;pop.gmail.com&quot;.</pre>
<pre>User &quot;support@mf-alsace.com&quot; logged in.</pre>
<pre>There are 0 messages in the mail box with a total of 0 bytes.</pre>
<pre>Disconnected from the POP3 server &quot;pop.gmail.com&quot;.</pre>

So there does not seem to be a problem recovering mail, moreover the test button pop3 in the administration console gives me an OK test

Do you have any solutions for this problem?

thank you

The email gets sent AFTER the ticket has been created so the ticket must be somewhere.

Can't really be of help here unless you can share access to your help desk (in private, not here).
