Weird Migration issue

I installed Hesk3 into a domain lts call it (B). I already had hesk3 running on another domain called(A), and that one was to be shut down.

I copied the database from (A) changed the database name to the one created for it in (B) I then proceeded to import the database. The file in the root hesk_settings.inc.php was changed to match the new (B) domain so the SQL would connect and import.

Everything went well.

That was until i checked and found all the custom fields were missing when i logged into the program, and also just the default statuses were shown, in fact a further 6 had been created but these were also missing.

I checked the imported database, and everything was there, custom fields and the added statuses. When i tried to create a new status all i got was an error saying Error Can't execute SQL

I did find that when a created a new custom field all the one that had been missing appeared, so the only problem i now have is the statuses are missing and no way to get them to show or even be able to create one.

Can anyone shed any light on this, the migration should have gone smoothly, but this has brought the whole thing to a standstill.
Is this a bug or have I done something wrong or missed something.

You probably need to clean your "cache" folder.

Either do that manually (leave just the index.html file inside) or go to Settings > General and click "Save changes".
