Im creating some custom statuses for use on our system, however a number have said the status colours look faint.
One good suggestion they gave is to colour the actual box the status is in as it makes it a lot easier to see right away what state its in.
I have given two examples, one is what it currently looks like which is default. The other is what they would prefer.

Could anyone tell me if this is possible for the colour status box and how can i change the default to look like the one proposed so it shows like the example, and perhaps it could be used on future versions.

To achieve that, you'll need to modify the css properties. For example, add background-color, padding and border-radius.

Please talk to a developer if not sure.

I have searched for the table which store the status but i didn't find ,
i need a help to remove some statuses and to know where the system store these statuses

The built-in statuses cannot be deleted, but you can rename them:

Custom statuses (those set in Admin > Tools > Statuses) are in hesk_custom_statuses
