Import article

Hi! When i Import to KnowledgeBase one ticket, attachments are not imported. I've tried adding a SELECT command for attachments but can't get it to work. Anyone have any suggestions?

This is by design to prevent sensitive data to be added to the knowledgebase.

You'll need to manually add any attachments to the article.
