Rich Text Broken When Updating from 3.2.0 to 3.2.2

Version of script: 3.2.2
Just updated from 3.2.0 (using the 'check for updates' patch files) to fix the merging problem but now the ticket reply box is not able to be typed in when in rich text mode. Works normally in plain text mode. The rich text screen looks identical to the plain text screen (the font options and formatting options are gone) but you can not type or use canned responses. The 'type your message' is not there either if that helps.
