Due Soon function

I assume the Due Soon function is merely a filtered view but I can't see make makes the ticket "due soon". Can this be adjusted and what can I expect with regards to time ie is it deemed due soon within a day or a week?

For the ticket to show up as due soon, first the ticket obviously needs a due date set.
The number of days before the ticket shows as due soon is controlled in Admin panel > Settings > Help desk > Show as "due soon"

Thank you. Odd I didn't see that setting but that's how it is sometimes.
