Hi, please, is there a way to specify or possibly disable email to the Team members via the Email pipe?

For example, when customers send email to the pipe email, all the team members seem to receive the email and we don't want that.

You probably have "Auto-assign tickets" turned off? In this case, a ticket is submitted as unassigned, and all staff members who have these notifications enabled (in Profile > Edit profile > Notifications).
