problem when customer responds.

Good afternoon,

I updated hesk to version 3.2.0 - when I answer a call to the client he receives, OK

Then when the customer clicks on the hesk link and replies I get it.

Plus, 90% of customers are motivated by email, and when they are motivated by email - I know they responded ... but the content does not appear.

Has anyone ever experienced this.

Hello,

I believe you just found another bug that escaped our testing :oops:

Try this:
1. download https://hesk.com/extras/hesk3/hesk321_fix_replies.zip
2. upload files to your server in the Hesk folder
3. open "fix_replies.php" in your browser, for example:

Code: Select all

https://example.com/hesk/fix_replies.php
4. see if the replies appear

You can now also upgrade to 3.2.2 to fix this:

1. Login to your HESK admin panel
2. Go to "Settings" and click the "Check for updates" link
3. See available update options

I just upgraded to version 3.2.2 I will do new tests.
