Unable to login to helpdesk.

I'm Unable to login to my help desk, neither the admin side nor on the customer side. The only thing I found to remedying this problem was logging in to the website, it didn't even have to be matching accounts. I there anything that can be done about this issue.

Won't be able to help without more information.
The first thing that comes to mind is that your PHP sessions are broken. Please upload the session test file from this topic to your server, open it in your browser and see what it says:
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=138
You'll also find a phpinfo file in the above topic that should give us details about your PHP setup.
