Как сделать возможным создание тикетов без email, а по номеру телефона. Возможно с интеграцией через SMS шлюз smsc.ru или SMS.ru и другие.

You can set email as not required in Admin panel > Settings > Help desk > Require email: OFF then save changes.

Unfortunately there is no integration with SMS available for Hesk.
