Limit/force email domain of ticket creator

What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: force ticket email domain

Hello,

Is there a way to force/limit what email domains that is accepted when a user creates a ticket? We use the system internal, and sometime users creates ticket with gmail or other externals email providers, and then they dont see when we answer a ticket in work ours.

There's no built-in way to lock it to a single email domain. To do that, you would have to manually modify the source code/logic.

Maybe a simpler solution would be to just ban major email domains your users use (like @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @att.net etc) using Tools > Email ban?
