Automatic email sending when tickets are inactive

Good day guys
I'm just wondering if is it possible for hesk to send an automatic email once a ticket is inactive(no replies, alteration or other activities). It will be like a reminder thing so that if ever a ticket sender forgot to reply or an admin forgot to reply within a week or a month an email will be sent to them to remind them.
If you have any helpful references, I will be very much thankful.
