Make tickets with custom statuses be treated as "resolved"

Version of script: 3.1.2
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution:
- set custom statuses as "resolved" hesk
- hesk custom ticket status closed resolved
- custom ticket status options hesk...
Can anyone guide me in terms of setting some of the custom Status I've created to be treated as resolved when tickets are assigned to these custom statuses? This is mainly relevant to reports and when viewing the number of open and resolved tickets, etc. I couldn't find a solution while doing my search, mostly saw it on mods-for-hesk but they only have solutions for V2.
