I have a problem with hesk. When I write an email to the address that is connected (via SMTP POP3 and IMAP), a ticket is not created

Have you followed all the steps in the IMAP fetching guide:

Specifically, steps 5 to manually test it, and step 7 which instructs to create a cron (scheduled) job to automatically fetch email.

When i test imap connection i have notyfie:
Success: Connection OK!
but it doesnt work
