attachments have to be downloaded

We were using Hesk 2.8.2 previously, and upgrade to Hesk 3.1.2 recently. In the new version, when we click onto an attached file in a ticket, the attachment is downloaded. Moreover, if we close the attached file and click onto it again, it is downloaded again. However, in the Hesk 2.8.2, when clicking onto the attachments, they are open online but not downloaded to personal devices, which can save plenty of our computer storage resources comparing with the current version. So, is there any ways that we can make the system open attachments online not download the files, please?
