Resetting tracking ID

Hello,

is there a way to make HESK assign tracking ID from the beggining (eg. from 1 or 2 or any other number).

The issue is that due to error in e-mail synchronization, the software created a lot of duplicate tickets and now the tracking ID, that is defaultly assigned, is around 500-ish and I'd like it to start again from 2 (because at the moment I have only 1 real ticket that I managed to change tracking ID manually by editing in database).

You would need to empty the database first or this would cause problems with existing tickets/replies.

My suggestion would be to change the sequential ID to start counting from a higher number, for example, 1000:
