Staff submit to specific category

This might be hard to explain so bare with me please...
I use hesk in a very specific way. I'm a consultant/contractor. Currently, my clients submit tickets to the 'general' category and I manually move them to a category I've created to match their company name. Lets call it Company A,B..etc. Each 'staff' is jailed to their respected company and for those who don't have an account, jailed to general.
What I'd REALLY like to see is in the ticket form is the ability to select their company but at the same time, they cannot see any of the other companies. That way tickets are submit into the right category so I don't have to manually move them each time.
