merge tickets in mobile browser not available.

There is no merge ability in the responsive mobile version.

There is, it's in the same place as in Hesk 2: below list of tickets, in the "With selected: " drop-down box.

Note that it's not in the DEMO version at the hesk.com website, but it is in the live version.

I don't mean to imply your lying or anything but I'm looking at it in my phone right now after having selected 2 tickets and there is no merge in the drop-down. When I look at it on my desktop it there. Bug with specific version perhaps?

I don't mean to imply you're lying or anything, but I'm looking at it on my phone right now and it's there :D

Could you let me know:
1. what is your exact Hesk version?
2. what phone do you use (what Operating System - Android, iOS, what version if you know)?
3. what browser do you use on the phone (name, version)?
4. can I test your help desk (PM me login details if yes)?

Okay I figured it out. On the mobile version, the dropdown doesn't have any indication it can scroll down and the sensitivity to get the scroll function to work on anything less than a 7" tablet isn't great. So I was wrong, the merge function is there but the dropdown could use some work. Maybe on mobile it could switch to a different style of selection.

I also noticed once I was able to select merge (and this may be specific to my type/version of phone) the prompt to confirm when in portrait mode isn't possible to select. I have to enable landscape mode in order to tap the confirm dialog window. Not sure if that's something that can be tweaked or not but its pretty awkward.

Ahh, thanks for the feedback, we need to improve that.

Can you let me know what phone and browse you use, so we can test and fix?

Geez sorry for the insane delay in responding! Guess I never noticed the notification...

I use a google phone (pixel XL) and Chrome.
