Is it possible to add somebody in my ticket?

Hello,

I want to add somebody in my tickets. Cuz i am using hesk as a complaint system.

For example: X, opens a complain about Y. And admins are must be able to add Y on ticket for his defense.

That's not something supported by Hesk, no. It's for communication between 2 people, for example a customer and a support staff member.

Can you take this as a suggestion? Also can u add it in new update?
