Timer - stop the count automatically

Hi,

I'm new to Hesk, simple but brilliant and does exactly what I need but the one thing I can't work out is how to keep the time feature in tickets but disable the automatic timer.

So for my business I log the time but I want to do it manually. So TicketA takes 15 mins, i just want to type that in. What I currently have to do is pause the timer (because it starts counting as soon as you into the ticket), edit it manually and save the ticket. Yes its minor but when you're doing 100+ tickets per day, its those extra clicks that all add up.

I know it'll be a javascript but my coding skills are very basic so dont want to mess it up.

1. in the top right corner click your name
2. click View Profile
3. click Edit Profile
4. on the "Preferences" tab uncheck "Automatically start timer when I open a ticket"
5. click "Update profile"

How did I miss that?! Sorry to have posted such a noob question but thank you as thats made this solution brilliant, certainly be purchasing it

No problem, it's sometimes hard to find the right setting :)
