New version of HESK: 3.1.2 (and 2.8.7)

A new version of HESK has been released: 3.1.2
HESK 3 version 3.1.2 fixes a few bugs and brings several minor improvements.
HESK 2 (legacy Long-term support) has also been updated to 2.8.7.

HOW TO UPDATE:
1. Login to your HESK admin panel
2. Go to "Settings" and click the "Check for updates" link
3. See available update options
