As descripted in the subject, does the current latest version of Hesk 3.1.1 support cluster deployment? If yes, where to set the shared data folder? Many thanks in advance.

If you mean deploying a stateless instance over several separate servers, then no.

If a single server (with possibly a separate DB server) can't handle your Hesk then you're probably using it for workloads it hasn't been designed to handle
