where are my e-mails?

Script URL:
Version of script:
Hosting company: localhost/on-premise (IIS)
URL of phpinfo.php:
URL of session_test.php:
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: emails , 3.1.1 email, no emails + 3.1.1
Write your message below: Feel sheepish asking , but I'm not getting ANY e-mail from my new 3.1.1 hesk installation.
I'm attempting to essentially "mirror" my existing 2.7.5 Production hesk instance, in order to have it run on an updated Windoz server.
HESK is working great, except e-mail: not getting any.(same email settings as production)
I've got it configured for SMTP sending, POP3 fetching.
Both services test their connections fine.
I fire up my hesk_pop3.php in a browser, and it returns:
"Connected to outlook.office365.com
User xyz.com logged in.
There are 0 messages....
Disconnected from POP3 server...."
A refresh of that page yields nothing: no e-mails sent to me.
I'm in DEBUG mode...
Is there a logfile somewhere in hesk where I can see this activity?
I've checked SPAM/done a trace in Exchange 365... I find no trace of these e-mails, so it seems hesk isn't sending
them.
thanks,
Rich
