Changing language

After update 3.1.1 changin language is not possible in service message. Dosen't matter with langauage you choose. It say All language.

It works fine for me.
Perhaps you need to refresh your page in your browser (CTRL + 5) as it's using old cached JS files?

I have the same exact problem: no matter what language you choose for service message before saving it, the listing shows 'Language: All'. All service message are shown on any language. Tested CTRL + 5 too.
Version: 3.1.0 (managed by Installatron)
Language is NULL in database for all messages. If you set the language by editing the database directly, it works and the language value is kept the same when you edit the message is HESK - but still you cannot change the language for the message in HESK admin area.
