We use Hesk for our ticketing system and have it set to do POP3 fetching from 3 email accounts that drop into specific categories which works great. I received notice Microsoft is dropping the older basic auth pop3 and imap support by october of this year. Is Hesk doing anything to take care of this issue before we lose email fetching support or will we be effected by it?

Thanks for sharing this; we'll look into it and do our best to make the necessary changes to continue supporting Microsoft Exchange Online.
