What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: what will I lose by going to hesk 3 if I've been using Hesk 2.8.4 with Mods for Hesk 2019.1.0

I'm considering going to Hesk 3 but want to understand what I might be missing since Mods For Hesk isn't supporting Hesk 3. So my question is "what functionality isn't in Hesk 3 that is in Hesk 2.8.4 in conjunction with Mods for Hesk 2019.1.0"?

No Mods for Hesk features are in Hesk 3.

Hesk 3 is Hesk 2 with a new user interface, so you'll be missing things like calendar and due dates, rich text emails/tickets, REST API, etc...

Several features will be ported into Hesk 3 over the next months so if you rely on them you may want to wait for that to happen.

Is there a timeline for which features from MFH are going to be ported over? Mainly looking for the HTML emails, resending of notifications, and attachment handling

Re-sending of notifications has been part of Hesk since 2.8.0. For the rest no timeline, sorry.

I use MFH and the resend notifications doesn't seem to work properly. Is there certain HESK settings to be able to utilize the resend feature?
