Linkman doesn't store anything outside of it's folder, everything is in plain text files.
Deleting the folder will completely erase it and delete all the data. You probably have it cached somewhere (browser, server)?

That's a different app apparently also called "Linkman", not the "Linkman" script from PHP Junykard
