I want to customize the wording in the adding a link section steps. I cannot seem to find where this wording is located. Specifically the wording in step 2.

It's in the "language/en-US/public.php" file. Open it with a powerful text editor that can save the file in the correct encoding (UTF-8 without BOM), like the free Notepad++.
