can someone suggest me the way to:
- cancel the function PRIVATE message by the backend
or
- hide the PRIVATE MESSAGE
or
- show in the combo list only the admin users

Unfortunately, there is no built-in way to disable the private message function.

However, you could delete the link to it in inc/show_admin_nav.inc.php: delete the line that starts with
