I downloaded the last version 2.8.4 but during the installation it does not go on in the phase in which I accept the license. I click on accept but it does not go ahead and always reloads the same page.
I've tried from multiple browsers and different versions of HESK but the same thing always happens.
What may have happened?

This could be PHP sessions not working related issue.

It's a PHP/server configuration issue and not something that is caused by Hesk. You can give them the link to the session test file.
