Since about 30 min ago my site just shows the following when trying to load the Hesk site. we did not change anything, any advice ?

i get this for any page of the Hesk Heslpdesk system i try to open

Your image doesn't show so can't see the error.

However, I am able to open https://lambertss.com/Helpdesk without problems - did you manage to fix it?

yes got it working after some struggling ....
