ticket assign to hesk supporter by status "in Progress"

Hello,
Is it possible to automatic assign the ticket to hesk supporter, when he change the ticket status to "In Progress"? - for case when he don't reply, just changing the ticket status. Or he must always manualy assign the ticket to himself by clicking the proper button?
