Hesk displaying Generic Install Guide Page

I'd an installation of Hesk that was working flawlessly for more than a year. After the upgrade to 2.8.2 I noticed the client area and knowledgebase are no longer displaying. What does appear is the generic Hesk Installation instructions (https://support.bluspider.com). The administration side fo the software works fine.
Guidance from my ISP was the software did not install correctly via Softaculous. Attempting to reinstall does not correct the problem as the database has already been upgraded to 2.8.2 so the installation process fails.
I did get the notification of 2.8.3 and performed that upgrade. No change. Still no access to the front-end client space or knowledgebase
