is possible hide/remove date expire when create a new ticket?

What date are you referring to, not sure I understand what you mean? There is no "expire date" set by Hesk by default.

Perhaps that is a custom field you added? See admin panel > Setting > Manage Custom fields.
If it's there, edit it (pencil icon) and set "Visibility" to "Staff only".

no any custom field..i always have it from clean installation.

Ticket due date cannot be hidden at this time.
