Script URL: https://www.eucmh.be/feebacks/
Version of script: last one
Hosting company: LWS
URL of phpinfo.php:
URL of session_test.php:
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution:

Write your message below:

Can someone test the script please ? I have someone posting a 'hidden' message I could read because I copied the raw data from the /apptmp/ to the renamed entries page, and I could even answer. But when I post something the script keeps saying I have a entry which need to be moderated and the thing doesn't let me go through (ggrrrr).
The script doesn't send email notification neither :(

Something I just noticed - I replied to a private message and after thinking about the request I replied a second time ! The second reply erased the first one ?????

Please give it a test and tell me where the problem is (if any) https://www.eucmh.be/feedback/

Thank You
Doc Snafu

I think your problem originates from the fact that you are not receiving emails and you have unprocessed pending messages.

GBook relies on PHP mail() function to send emails; if that's not configured properly in the server PHP settings (or disabled by hosting company) it won't work. The only way to be sure is to check with your hosting company. Also, check your SPAM folder if Gbook emails end up inside.

Then I would delete all the files in "apptmp" which should let you post again.

And yes, GBook wasn't designed to be a message board allowing "back and forth" communication. It only allows one admin reply per post so any previous replies are deleted. If you want to be able to communicate with your visitors it's probably not the best choice.
