Hello again,
is there any way to force a login to use hesk? Iwould like topermit customers to log tickets only via login page and not in an open page like it is from custom installation.
Any idea??

No, Hesk was designed to be a public help desk without any customer accounts/logins, so this is not something built-in.

Thank you for the reply...maybe it sounds a bit of topic...but are there alternative open source on the market, with this feature implemented??
