Link to custom phone field

I need a custom phone number field that is a mobile link to click and call.
In PHP and HTML you have codes like "<a href="tel:+5502122222222"> +55 (0) 21-2222-2222 </a>, but there is no way to integrate or a specific field for this.
Do you have any way to do it?
