Adding tags to ticket templates

When editing email templates you can use special tags like %%STATUS%% to show the current status in the email. There are lots of options.

These same options such as %%NAME%% for customer's name but when I create a TICKET TEMPLATE (not email but ticket) and add %%NAME%% to it, it shows %%NAME%% on the front end or what the customer sees.

Does ticket templates support special tags like %% and if so am I using the wrong list?

No, ticket templates, unfortunately, don't support tags.

I will see if I can come up with some Javascript magic for a future version.
