Hi, I've checked this forum, but didn't found solution for my problem. I've tried to update "Due date" on ticked and effects on attached screen.

Url look's ok, but server respond 404 not found. What could be wrong?

It looks like you may be using an NGINX server. Have you tried looking at this article in the Mods for HESK documentation to see if it resolves your issue?
