When I installed the script I didn't change the example user details (heskuser you@example.com). I instead created all new user accounts. I am now unable to delete this user account as the edit and delete icons are not available for the user. Can I simply delete the record for this user from the database?

This is the default user so delete icons are not available.

You can delete it directly from the database, but it could cause problems in the future (for example the password reset script from HESK Knowledgebase will not work).
