Write your message below: Hi Everyone, i'm trying to install MODS on a new working installation of Hesk, when i start installation the circle keep running forever, and if I refresh the page i'm at the beginning of the installation again.
What i Could check? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like something isn't properly loading in during the installation process. If your helpdesk is publicly accessible, can you send me a PM with the following?

• Helpdesk URL
• FTP Username
• FTP Password

This way I can look into this issue directly on your installation (as I am unable to reproduce it here). You may also want to install a copy of HESK and MfH in a test folder so I can play around with the files without causing any production downtime on your end.

I solved, it was a problem related to the language pack. In the simple installation instruction they should specify that if you have some language pack installed for hesk you must ad the Mods for hesk language pack too.
