Hi, is it allowed to hire a developer here? Or perhaps there is already an existing solution. I'd like to hire users to answer emails for me through hesk, but pay them by the output, such as:

• based on how much they type

• how many canned responses they chose

• how much text they had to read from the customer

• a bonus if the customer ends up buying something

• their percentage participation when responding to each customer (such as if several users were involved in responding to the same customer)

I'd like there to be some entry boxes in the admin panel where I can adjust the variables for each of these, and showing the statistics (how much each user has typed text for a particular customer; their percentage involvement in that customer, etc).

I don't mind if you post such a request here, but I'm not sure you will get many responses as people searching for jobs aren't usually searching this forum.

Your best bet would probably be to hire a developer at a website like upwork.com or freelancer.com
