Attachment in ticket not saving

Mods for HESK version: 2.8.1
HESK version: 2018.1.0



Im am having a problem adding attachments to tickets. I can add them to notes OK and also the knowledgebase but not in tickets.
I get the following error just above the attachment.

This field is required (this line is in red)

Any help appreciated.

Could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Also, if your helpdesk is public, would you mind sharing your helpdesk URL? That way I can see the page itself and it'll be easier to investigate.

Do you have a message in your ticket? The "This field is required" message is for the rich text editor above, not for the attachments.

Thankyou for your reply, its possible I didnt have one as it seems to work ok now.
It would be nice to add an attachment to an existing ticket without adding a description.
