disable a blank knowledgebase section

What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: "articles in this category" "no articles yet in this category" blank hide disable knowledgebase

on the page https://help.dollaradaysites.net/knowledgebase.php between the "subcategories" and the "top knowledgebase articles" there is a "articles in this category" with "no articles yet in this category" that i cannot find where to disable or hide it. Or for that matter I cannot find what category would populate that section to be able to fill it with data. everything else works fine. How can i visually remove this unpopulated category?
