PHPJunkyard support forum

I was notified that there is a new version of the support software, and I was wondering if the changes/updates were significant enough to go through the trouble of installing it. I searched the Hesk.com website as well as PHPJunkyard.com and multiple Google searches and could find no details about what has been updated.

Am I missing something – or is there nothing posted anywhere? How can I find out if this update is something I think justifies my time?

Updating to the latest stable version is an important practice and should always be worth your time. If you do it regularly, you ensure you have the latest features, bug and security fixes. Also, a simple "patch" processes is provided for latest updates (2.7.6 or 2.8.0 to 2.8.1) where all you need to do is upload the new files, run install and be done with it.
